Wild Blueberry Smoothie!

1. Wild Blueberry Smoothie

A quick, nutrient-packed smoothie that's perfect for breakfast or a snack. (This is the smoothie I have every day)

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any plant-based milk)

  • 1/4 cup of Organic Grass-fed Milk

  • 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds (for added fiber)

  • 2 tablespoons of organic flax seeds

    (for added fiber)

  • 1 tsp of psyllium, husk, fiber (Optional)

  • 1/4 cup organic walnuts

  • 1/4 cup of organic oatmeal (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1/2 of organic avocado

  • 1/4 tsp pure dry stevia

  • 1/2 cup kale (optional, for extra greens)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, adding more milk if necessary.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
